Les Mills Body Pump

BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Get ready to add HIIT workouts to your life with our three unique LES MILLS GRIT™ workouts and take your fitness to the next level. You’ll be addicted to the results. These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn.

 

Les Mills Bodybalance

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCEis the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Bootcamp

These circuits based classes are designed to really put you through your paces. Total body exercises are utilised to get that heart rate up ensuring you burn as many calories as possible. Get ready to utilise your own body as well as the latest equipment to become the machine your never thought possible.

Cycle

Make your way to our dedicate cycling studio where lighting and great music create a feel good factor that’s hard to beat. Don’t think you are here for an easy time though, our cycle classes will help you to burn up to 650 calories in 45 minutes. Do you dare take on a double class?

Kettlebell club

Let’s go old skool with this tried and tested piece of equipment.
Utilising what can only be described as a ball of metal with a handle, we will help sculpt the body you have always wanted.
Total body and isolated exercises will slim you down, tone you up and have you feeling fabulous in no time.

Stretch & Balance

Time to take away the stresses and strains with this chilled out class.
Taking the best from Pilates, Yoga and our very own corrective exercise guru’s, we have designed the ideal class for those looking to ease aches and pains as well as stretch tight muscles.
You will feel a million dollars after this great class.

HARD-CORE

This core workout is designed to not only give you abs of steel, but also help strengthen your back and make you more resistant to back pain.
