The layout
When designing the layout of the gym, we felt it was important to create an environment where everyone felt welcome and all abilities were catered for . The layout of Pride Fitness was created with this in mind.

In the main area of the gym we offer our cardio suite and array of high quality Watsonâ„¢ machines. This transitions through to the free-weight and studio section of the gym.
Finally into 'The Lions Den', our strength suite with power rack and deadlift platforms.
In between all this, our individual changing rooms, all with toilet, shower and hair drying facilities.
Health & Beauty
With two dedicated treatment rooms, you're able to enjoy massages, beauty treatments, even acupuncture.

Included in your membership is use of our ice bath and infra red sauna, bookable upon arrival at the gym.

We are lucky enough to be able to offer excellent PTs and coaches that provide 1:1 support, guidance & tuition.
Gym Shop & Coffee
We offer a wide range of supplements to aid you in your quest for fitness.
Barista coffee to drink in or take away
Soft drinks including protein and energy drinks available from the fridge.
