Intensifying your workout!

Do you use drop sets, rest pauses or amrap to intensify your workout?


These intensifiers are brilliant tools, they are a great way to increase overall work rate, load and stress on the muscle without increasing weight and putting tendons at risk or sacrificing form.


Drop sets - complete 1 set at your normal weight, immediately on completion drop the weight by 20% and perform another set without rest, as soon as that set is completed, repeat the process!


Rest pause - hit your normal sets, after the last set instead of finishing, take 10 seconds rest and repeat the last set at the same weight.


AMRAP- instead of your normal number of reps, you now use the same weight but complete As Many Reps As Possible.


Add any of them in for an awesome pump and to kick start some progress or bust through a plateau 💪
